This series is aimed at School Business Professionals, Headteachers, the Senior Leadership Team, Curriculum Leads, Governors and Trustees at both maintained schools and academies. You can register for as many or as few webinars as you choose but we strongly advise you to join all six, so you can gain a full understanding of School Resource Management and how to successfully implement it in your school. Webinars will be delivered live so you can ask questions along the way and interact with the session.
These courses are funded by the DfE and are FREE to your school or academy!
We suggest completing courses 1-2 in order. The other course titles can be completed in any order that suits you.
This webinar will include a review of the key metrics, before introducing additional metrics. The webinar will outline what these metrics mean and how they can be calculated. There will be a walkthrough in the session so you can calculate your metrics as the session progresses. By the end you’ll have useful information that you can bring to the ICFP using DfE Tools session. Finally, we will explore how these insights can be used to provide practical benefits.
